How to Replace an Expired Payoneer Card

Payoneer is a company that I have covered extensively on this blog. As an alternative to Paypal, it’s really second to none. Okay, maybe it’s second to a few other companies, but Payoneer works great in countries such as Zimbabwe where Paypal is only half available. Anyway, I use Payoneer to get payment from clients for the work I do online. At one point, I lost my Payoneer card and went through the process of having it replaced. However, the replacement card is now only a few months from expiring, so I have had to look at having it replaced. So, how do you replace a Payoneer card that has expired or that’s about to expire?

Replace your Payoneer card before it expires

The first thing that I need to point out is that you should take steps to replace your card a few months before it is due to expire. That way, you won’t have interruptions in your schedule. Depending on where you live, you may have to wait up to 3 weeks before receiving your Payoneer card. So, you need to factor in this time frame when making your planes.

NB: My car has now arrived. It took only a week and a half to reach me. So, that was great!

When to order a new Payoneer Card?

Payoneer advises that ordering of new cards should be done 90 days before the current card expires. This time frame is aimed at limiting interruptions to your business.

How do I know if my Payoneer Card is about to expire?

You can see the expiration date for your Payoneer card on the card itself. 90 days before your card expires, you will also receive notification in your Payoneer account telling you that you should order a new one soon. Be aware that the expiration date of the card is actually the last day of the month that’s written on the card. The following is the email that I got from Payoneer when my card was about to expire;

Dear blah, blah, blah, blah,
