2. Sign in using either your Surname or Mobile Number and your SmartCard Number
3. Scroll down and click on “Change Package.”
4. Choose the package to which you wish to go.
5. Once you have made your selection, scroll down and click on Next.
6. In the next page, click on the Pay button.
7. Choose the payment option that you wish to use.
8. Enter your payment details and complete the transaction.

Yes, once you have made your payment online, the change to a new DSTV package should be automatic. That’s the beauty of making online DSTV payments. Once your payment has gotten through, you will automatically be upgraded to the new package.

4. Can I change to a lower prized bouquet?

Yes, you can make the change to a lower prized DSTV bouquet. However, in order to do this, your current bouquet needs to have completely run out. Otherwise, you won’t see the option for a lower prized bouquet in your Dashboard.

In order to pay for the package to which you wish to go, simply pay the required amount, eg $11 and then get in touch with DSTV and tell them to downgrade you.
