    • Hey there. Try getting in touch with DSTV via their Facebook Page for an answer. they are very responsive! But it’s probably a simple matter of paying the right amount(s) for the bouquet to which you wish to downgrade. Then you call/facebook to have the money allocated to the right decoders

      • Please follow the steps given here, ie, log into your account on the DSTV website. You log in via your Surname and card number. Go to Change or click on Change package. Select a new package. Complete all the other processes.

  1. I wanted to downgrade from compact to access,I asked my child to do it for me on the app. To my surprise when I pay my monthly prescription I find out I have to R533 more why am I charged because I do not have contract with Dstv
