To activate the emergency TopUp feature on your phone, you need to take the following steps;
- Dial *147#.
- Next, choose Emergency Recharge.
- Follow the prompts to opt into Auto TopUp.
- Choose the amount of emergency airtime that you wish to receive automatically.
When do I repay this amount
The emergency auto topup amount will be deducted from your phone the next time that you recharge it. An access fee of R1 will also be deducted at this time.
