If you are an avid Kindle eBook reader, one of the things that you may not be aware of is that you can also read your favorite books on your PC. Perhaps you have previously been reading all your books on a Kindle Paperwhite. You could have even been reading your books on an Android tablet. So, how do you read Kindle books on a Windows PC?

Is the reading experience different from reading on a Kindle?

To be frank, I started using the Kindle for PC application on my computer before buying a Kindle Paperwhite. The main thing that struck me when I eventually made the move was the fact that everything on the Paperwhite was black and white. That included the book covers, which seemed rather odd, particularly for a person like me who is used to judging books by their covers.

As for the reading experience, you will have glare when reading Kindle books on your PC. But then, you are probably already used to the glare on your computer. The good news is that as long as you have signed in using your Amazon account, all your books will be synced between your devices.
