Are you looking for the default username and password for your Zen broadband router? If yes, then this article is for you. Zen Internet is a major ISP in the United Kingdom. If you are one of their customers, a time may come when you need to find the default username and password for your router. The table below gives a list of the Zen Broadband Internet default usernames and passwords for all routers in use on the network;
Zen Internet Router Default Login Details
The default username for Zen Broadband routers can be found on the bottom of the device. The default password can also be found on the bottom of the device. Please note that most Zen Internet customers have the FRITZ!Box 7530 router in their homes or offices. The table below gives you a full Zen broadband router default username and password list;
|Router Type||Default Username||Default Password|
|FRITZ!Box 7530||see label on bottom of router||see label on bottom of router|
|Technicolor TG 670||blank||blank|
What if these details do not work?
ISPs use a wide range of routers from different manufactures. Almost all new Zen customers are connected using the FRITZ!Box 7530, as already noted. If you have another router in your home or office, you may find that the instructions given above will not work.
The good news is that it’s not that difficult to find your default Zen broadband internet username and password. All that you need to do is to check on the device. Look for a sticker on the bottom or side of the device. There, you will get the log in details that you are looking for.
You may need to reset your router if you have forgotten your Zen internet password
When you first log into your Zen router’s admin section, you are advised to change your password. Most people do this. However, they soon forget their new Zen router passwords. What do you do in that case? Does it mean your router can no longer be used?
Well, the good news is that that’s not actually the case. Losing the admin password for your Zen internet router does not spell disaster. You can recover by simply resetting your router.
All that you need to do is to look for the reset button somewhere on the back of the device. It’s usually a pinhole button, so you need to find something sharp with which to press on it. Press on the reset button for at least 15 seconds.
That should reset your Zen broadband router. Once that is done, you will be able to log in using the default Zen router login credentials that we said can be found on the bottom of the device.
