    Since January my numbers r block and my account is suspended but what worries me is that Telekom debit me on the wrong date. Instead of debit me on the 30th of the month they debit me on the 25th and I don’t get paid on that date. Now I have to pay interest for their mistake, we agreed about month end not 25th. This month even today they didn’t debit me and I try to call the customer care and machine said they have technical problem. Since 26 February I being trying to contact Telekom but I failed.

  4. Hi have not received any response about application for 10+10GB contract yet, despite email to confirm order (see underneath). From which number will I get called as my cellphone blocks certain numbers due to spam?
