The good news is that Amazon does not really prescribe the wording in the disclaimer that you display on your website. Where to place your disclaimer
The Amazon Associates disclaimer needs to be displayed somewhere prominent on your website. Don’t try to hide it, because that would clearly defeat the purpose of having the disclaimer in the first place. On this site, we are going to place the disclaimer on a sidebar to the right of our screen.
How to display the disclaimer
In order to display the disclaim, we are going to go to the Widgets section of our website. There, we are going to drag a text widget into the position where we wish to display the disclaimer. Then we are going to name out widget “Amazon Associates Disclaimer.” From there, we will paste the above text into the widget and save the entire thing. That’s it, now the disclaimer will appear on our site, as you can see on this page.
